Shipping policy

Where We Ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, estimated delivery is typically 7–18 business days. Because we work with global fulfillment partners to bring you quality products, some items may take a bit longer to arrive  we appreciate your patience and will keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order (via FedEx or USPS)
• Free Shipping: Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping — automatically applied at checkout.

Carriers : We ship via FedEx and USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Order Tracking:Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1–3 business days of shipment. If you haven't received tracking details after 5 business days, please contact us at hello@vinessecret.com .
